Terms of Use

REVIEW BY MINISTRY. These terms are a draft awaiting the ministry's approval. They are not in force until an approver and a date are recorded here, and several sections still need a business decision from the ministry.

These terms apply when you use this website, buy something from the shop, or send the ministry a message through one of its forms.

Who operates this site

This site is operated by Kingdom Koum Ministries, PO Box 534, Owasso, OK 74055. You can reach the ministry at vip@kingdomkoum.com.

Using the site

You are welcome here. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or abusive content through the forms, or use the site to break the law.

The ministry's writing, audio and artwork

The books, mini-books, audio recordings, worship music, artwork and logo on this site belong to Christine Leeviraphan and Kingdom Koum Ministries. You may read, listen and quote briefly with attribution. You may not copy, resell, republish or redistribute them without written permission from the ministry.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are taken from the ministry's own product list at the moment of checkout — never from your browser. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Your order is confirmed once Stripe reports the payment as paid.

If an item cannot be supplied, the ministry will contact you and refund that item.

Digital products

Digital books and audio are delivered as download links tied to your purchase. Those links work for thirty days from the date of purchase. They are for your personal use; please do not share, upload or redistribute the files. If a link stops working, write to vip@kingdomkoum.com and the ministry will help.

Physical products

Shipping, delivery and returns for printed books and CDs are covered on the shipping and returns page.

Refunds and cancellations

The refund window for digital purchases, and the point at which a physical order can no longer be cancelled, are still being finalised by the ministry. Until they are published here, contact vip@kingdomkoum.com and your request will be handled individually.

What you send us

When you send a prayer request, a testimony, or a message through any form on this site, you confirm that the words are yours to send and that anyone identifiable in a photo you share has agreed to it.

A testimony is published only if you check the consent box on the testimony form. You can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to testimonies@kingdomkoum.com. If a testimony is published, the ministry may edit it for length or clarity, and will not add words you did not write.

Giving

Kingdom Koum Ministries is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Gifts are processed by Stripe. How a gift is receipted, and how a mistaken gift is handled, are still being finalised by the ministry.

Prayer and pastoral content

This ministry offers prayer and encouragement. Nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.

Links to other sites

Where this site links to another — Stripe, YouTube, Google Calendar — the ministry does not control what those sites publish or how they operate.

Availability

The site is offered as it is. The ministry cannot promise it will be available without interruption, and is not responsible for loss arising from it being unavailable.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms are published on this page. The version in force is the one shown here at the time of your order.

Still to be decided by the ministry

  • The refund policy for digital purchases.
  • The cut-off after which an order can no longer be cancelled.
  • Receipting and refund handling for gifts.
  • The state whose law governs these terms and where disputes are handled.
  • The name and date of the person approving these terms.

Each of these needs a decision from the ministry. Nothing has been invented to fill them in.
