Digital downloads

Digital items are available as soon as Stripe confirms your payment. The confirmation page shows a download link for every digital item in your order, and the same links are emailed to you.

Links work for thirty days from the date of purchase. If a link stops working, or your order confirmation did not arrive, write to vip@kingdomkoum.com with the email address you used and the ministry will send them again.

Nothing is posted to you for a digital item, and no shipping is charged on an order that contains only digital items.

Printed books and CDs

Physical items are packed and posted by the ministry. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Shipping destinations, rates and delivery estimates are still being finalised. Until the ministry has set them, checkout will decline an order containing a physical item rather than charge you an amount that has not been agreed. Digital orders are unaffected. If you would like a printed book before then, write to vip@kingdomkoum.com.

Returns

The returns window, the condition an item must be returned in, and who pays return postage are still being finalised by the ministry. They will be published here in full before this page is approved.

In the meantime, if something is wrong with your order, write to vip@kingdomkoum.com within a reasonable time of receiving it and the ministry will put it right.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell the ministry at vip@kingdomkoum.com. Please include your order reference and, for damage, a photograph if you can.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the card used for the purchase, through Stripe. The refund policy for digital items is set out — with its outstanding decisions — on the terms page.

Cancelling an order

The point after which an order can no longer be cancelled is still being finalised by the ministry. Until it is published here, ask as soon as you can at vip@kingdomkoum.com and the ministry will cancel the order if it has not yet been posted.

Sales tax

Sales tax is not added at checkout. The ministry is confirming where it is required to collect it, and this page will be updated before that changes.

Still to be decided by the ministry

• Which countries or regions physical orders can be shipped to.
• Shipping rates and delivery estimates.
• The returns window and the condition items must be in.
• Who pays return postage.
• The refund policy for digital purchases.
• The cut-off after which an order can no longer be cancelled.
• The name and date of the person approving this policy.

Each of these needs a decision from the ministry. Nothing has been invented to fill them in.
