Privacy Policy

REVIEW BY MINISTRY. This policy is a draft awaiting the ministry's approval. It describes how the site actually behaves today, but it is not in force until an approver and a date are recorded here.

This policy describes what Kingdom Koum Ministries collects through this website, where it goes, and what is not collected at all.

Who we are

Kingdom Koum Ministries, PO Box 534, Owasso, OK 74055. Questions about this policy can be sent to vip@kingdomkoum.com.

What this site collects

Two things, and nothing else: what you type into a form, and what you give Stripe when you buy something. There are no accounts, no logins, no newsletter tracking, and no profile is built about you.

Forms

The prayer, prayer cloth, testimony, VIP, partnering, and contact forms ask for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number and a postal address. A postal address is required only for a prayer cloth request. Your message is included as you wrote it.

Each form is delivered by email to one ministry address:

  • Prayer requests and prayer cloth requests — prayer@kingdomkoum.com
  • Testimonies — testimonies@kingdomkoum.com
  • Partnering enquiries — prayer@kingdomkoum.com
  • VIP sign-ups and contact messages — vip@kingdomkoum.com

Submissions are not stored in a database. This site has no database. A submission is validated, formatted into an email, sent, and then it exists only in the recipient's inbox. The message body is never written to a server log.

The testimony form includes a consent checkbox: "Check this box if KKM can use your testimony and photos on their websites". It is unchecked by default. Your testimony is received either way — the box is permission to publish, not permission to receive. The email records whether you checked it and the moment you did.

Spam controls

Three measures protect the forms, none of which profile you: a hidden field that only automated submitters fill in, a check that the form was on screen for at least three seconds, and a count of how many submissions have come from your IP address in the last ten minutes. That count is held in the server's memory only, is not written to any database, and disappears when the server instance does.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page. They never reach this website and the ministry never sees them.

Stripe collects your email address, and — when your order contains a physical item — your shipping address, so that the order can be sent to you. Phone numbers are not collected at checkout. The order confirmation page asks Stripe for the details of your order each time it is opened; this site keeps no copy. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the information it holds.

Digital downloads

Digital files are hosted in the ministry's Google Drive. A download link works only when Stripe confirms your purchase was paid, that the purchase included that item, and that it was made within the last thirty days.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

No analytics is running on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script. Analytics is deliberately switched off until this policy has been approved and updated to describe it.

This site sets no cookies of its own. Your browser keeps two small items on your own device: the contents of your shopping cart, and a note that you have already seen the introductory video so it is not shown again. Neither is sent to us, and clearing your browser storage removes both.

Content from other services

Some pages show content hosted elsewhere. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's image servers; the YouTube player itself loads only after you click a video, and it is loaded in YouTube's no-cookie mode. The events page embeds the ministry's public Google Calendar and booking page. When that content loads, the service providing it can see the request, and its own privacy policy applies.

Email delivery

Form submissions are delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider, acting on the ministry's behalf so the message reaches the correct inbox.

How long information is kept

Form submissions remain in the ministry's email inboxes. Order records are held by Stripe under Stripe's own retention rules.

A retention period for the ministry's inboxes is still being finalised and will be stated here before this policy is approved.

Your choices

You can ask what the ministry holds about you, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw permission to publish a testimony at any time by writing to vip@kingdomkoum.com or to PO Box 534, Owasso, OK 74055.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and the ministry does not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page. Analytics will not be switched on before this page has been updated to describe it.

Still to be decided by the ministry

  • How long form submissions are kept in the ministry's inboxes.
  • The name and date of the person approving this policy.

These are being finalised. Nothing has been invented to fill them in.
